Cancellation/No-Show Policy - 예약취소 및 노쇼 정책

We kindly ask for a 24-Hour Notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling, effective from September 1st, 2024.

  • Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 late-cancellation fee. However, we will refund the fee, if you book within a week (one-time only)
  • For a No-Show client, a full charge for the booked treatment may be applied.
  • When clients book a treatment(s) for the first time in our clinic or via the booking website, we request that patients provide their credit card information for security purposes.
  • Please rest assured that our staff does not have access to your credit card details, and no charges will be made without prior verbal or written confirmation.

- Acupuncture treatment with Muscle Therapy
- Reduce/eliminate muscle tension and attain relief from chronic pain
- Aalleviate musculoskeletal disorders associated with stress, muscular overuse, and persistent pain syndromes

Acupuncture + Relaxation Massage

- Covered by Extended Benefits and MSP (회사 보험 및 MSP Premium 클레임 가능)
- Improved circulation
- Decreased muscle stiffness
- Better quality of sleep
- Quicker recovery between workouts

Muscle Therapy

- Not covered by Extended Benefits and MSP (회사 보험 및 MSP 적용 불가)

Relaxation Massage

Student Massage Therapy (Non-Registered)

- Non-Registered massage
- 70 minutes massage includes history intake, assessment, massage, and home care
- $35 plus GST
- Not covered by extended benefits, ICBC, MSP
